- Period of stay
Your stay can begin on any day of the week, with a minimum duration of 1 night and a maximum duration of 30 nights.
- Our services
Reception available by appointment only, contact person available at night in case of emergency, tourist information, ticketing and booking for tours/events (upon request and subject to availability), luggage storage, POS payment, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast will be available at a nearby coffee shop every day from 7:00 am.
- Room features
Private bathroom with hairdryer, electric heated towel rail and free toiletries, minibar (with complimentary products), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, linen change after 3 nights.
All the above-mentioned services are included in the price of your stay except for breakfast, which is an optional service.
- Services not included
Parking (€17.00 every 24 hours), taxi to/from railway station/port/airport at fixed rates, late check-in upon request and subject to availability, key duplicate in case of loss (€50.00 for each copy), the cost of tickets purchased by customers through the free ticketing and booking service for tours/events and all extra costs incurred for special requests.
- Reservations and cancellation policies
You can book through our web site, by phone, via e-mail, or from our pages on online travel agencies such as Booking.com or others. For cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied and any amount paid as an advance payment or deposit will be refunded in full, after deducting any charges for bank transactions. For cancellations made after 7 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged, except for non-refundable rates and different cancellation policies on OTA channels.
- Payment
You can pay in advance by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, or when you check in via POS or cash.
- Check-in and check-out
You have to leave your room no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure, and you can check in between 2:00 pm and 6:30 pm. In the event that you decide to extend your stay beyond 10:00 am (subject to availability), the rate applied will be equal to the cost of an additional night.
- Cleaning and maintenance
Bed linen and towels will be changed after 3 nights and for every new guest. The room will be cleaned after every 2 nights and for every new guest. The owner reserves the right to access the room if cleaning and extraordinary maintenance are required.
- Access to the premises
The reception and the breakfast room are considered common areas.
- Pets
Small pets can access the property upon request and approval of the owner at the time of booking. In this case, the customer will be charged an additional fee of € 10.00 per night for additional cleaning, to be paid together with the balance due.
- Customer responsibility
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. The guests have to make sure that the room and all the objects and furniture contained therein are kept intact. Any discrepancies found with regard to the equipment of the rooms can be recognized only if reported within 2 hours of arrival. The owner reserves the right to verify and report to guests within 6 hours after check-out the possible absence or damage of objects and furnishings of the room and to charge them any cost for the replacement or repair of the same. To this end, the customer will be required to disclose a credit card number as a guarantee, in the absence of which it will be necessary to make and advance deposit of €50.00 per room. Said amount will be returned upon check-out. Access to the room is never allowed to a number of people higher than specified at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to keep out of the property any people not indicated at the time of booking. In case of special needs for breakfast (allergies and intolerances), customers are asked to notify us before their arrival.
- Rules of the building
Guests can freely access the building at any time. Within the property, any behavior, activity, game, noise and use of equipment that may disturb other guests and residents must be avoided. In case of behaviors that do not comply with the most basic rules of conduct, the owner reserves the right to expel the guest from the property, without being required to refund the amounts paid for the stay or for any other service.
- Recommendations
It is recommended not to throw objects or substances into the toilet or sink that can obstruct the pipes. If a technician’s intervention is necessary, the cost will be fully charged to the guest. The garbage must be thrown regularly as specified by the owner at the time of check-in and nothing should be left in the room after check-out, with the exception of waste in the appropriate containers. The owner declines all responsibility for loss, theft and/or damage to objects owned by customers and left inside the rooms, and for any damage to people, animals or objects to and from third parties.
